l All information regarding the financial results of LG Electronics during the 2nd quarter of 2015 as contained herein has been prepared on a consolidated basis in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS").
l The Company has discontinued the PDP business during 2014 and has separated all its profit and loss line items of PDP business operations from the continuing operations and has reclassified them into a separate account called "Income(Loss) from discontinued operations", and also has restated the comparative information in conformity with the same classification in the current period.
