Trading Update
The Board of London Capital Group Holdings plc ("the Group"), the financial services and online spread betting company, is pleased to report that trading for the year ended 31 December 2008 is ahead ofΒ managementΒ expectations.
We continue to experience growth in our main business divisions and look forward to reportingΒ theΒ preliminary results for the full year on 18 February 2009.
The Group had minimal bad debts in 2008 amounting in total to less then Β£100k across all business divisions.Β
The companyΒ willΒ proposeΒ an increasedΒ final dividendΒ for the year 2008,Β reflectingΒ the strong cash generation of the Group. The Group continues to remain debt free and the proposed dividend will be paid out of net cash held.
