Trading Update

The Board of London Capital Group Holdings plc ("the Group"), the financial services and online spread betting company, is pleased to report that trading for the year ended 31 December 2008 is ahead of management expectations.

We continue to experience growth in our main business divisions and look forward to reporting the preliminary results for the full year on 18 February 2009.

The Group had minimal bad debts in 2008 amounting in total to less then £100k across all business divisions. 

The company will propose an increased final dividend for the year 2008, reflecting the strong cash generation of the Group. The Group continues to remain debt free and the proposed dividend will be paid out of net cash held.
