The Company was informed yesterday that Charles-Henri Sabet, Group chief executive officer, on the same day transferred 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company to a new custodian at a price of 14.75p per share, following a change of his personal broker. Following this transaction, Mr Sabet's beneficial interest remains unchanged.
