Portfolio Update
The Company announces that it has advanced a further £1.5 million to the borrower under the Group's Meadow loan, in support of the borrower's acquisition of a site adjoining the existing security property. The Company has also agreed extensions of the Group's Halycon and Carrara loans, together comprising balances of approximately £7.7 million, for a further year.
