Liberty PLC04 July 2006 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 4th July 2006 LIBERTY Plc: RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Liberty Plc ("Liberty"), the Regent Street luxury goods stores group, todayannounces that Christian Viros has resigned from the Board as a Non-ExecutiveDirector with immediate effect. Christian has been a Liberty Board member for two years and is leaving to pursuehis private international business commitments. Richard Balfour-Lynn, Chairman, said: "We are sorry to see Christian leaveLiberty's Board as he has brought a wealth of international branded luxury goodsexperience to the business and made a contribution to the company's move intobecoming a highly focused luxury goods business."
