Land Securities Group PLC - Board change
6 February 2020
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Land Securities Group PLC ("Landsec") announces that Chris Bartram, Non-executive Director and member of the Audit and Nomination Committees, will retire from the Landsec Board on 31 March 2020. Mr Bartram was appointed as a Non-executive Director in August 2009.
Cressida Hogg, Chairman, said: "On behalf of Landsec and the Board, I would like to thank Chris for his contribution to the evolution of our business. We have valued his property expertise and wider insight in many areas, and we will miss him as a colleague. We wish him all the best for the future."
