Land Securities Group PLC - Board change

6 February 2020

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Land Securities Group PLC ("Landsec") announces that Chris Bartram, Non-executive Director and member of the Audit and Nomination Committees, will retire from the Landsec Board on 31 March 2020. Mr Bartram was appointed as a Non-executive Director in August 2009.

We have valued his property expertise and wider insight in many areas, and we will miss him as a colleague. We wish him all the best for the future."
