Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
Kennedy Ventures plc ("Kennedy" or the "Company"), the AIM quoted investment company, who through its stake in African Tantalum (Pty) has an interest in the Tantalite Valley Mine in Namibia, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2016 and Notice of AGM are being posted to shareholders.
The Company will be holding the AGM at 11.00am on Monday 16 January 2017, at Kennedy's offices, Lakeside, Fountain Lane, St Mellons, Cardiff, CF3 0FB.
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM are also available on the Company's website at www.kvplc.com.
