Exercise of Warrants & Issue of Equity

Keywords Studios, the international technical services provider to the global video games industry, announces that Numis Securities Limited exercised warrant rights (the "Warrants") over 400,324 ordinary shares in the Company of 1p each ("New Ordinary Shares"). 200,162 of these New Ordinary Shares were exercised at an allotment price of 123 pence per share and 200,162 were exercised at an allotment price of 154 pence per share. This will generate cash proceeds of £554,448.74 for the Company.

Following the exercise of these Warrants, which were granted to Numis at the time of the Company's IPO in June 2013, an application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. It is expected that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company, will commence on 23 August 2016.

Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the issued share capital will comprise 54,338,721 ordinary shares.
