Kingswood Holdings Limited (AIM: KWG), the integrated wealth management group, announces that the Company has been notified that Farmilon Investment Ltd, a trust of which Lena West, wife of Buzz West, Non-Executive Chairman of the Group, is a beneficiary has purchased a total of 1,352,283 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Share Purchase").
Following the Share Purchase, the total direct and indirect beneficial interest of Buzz West is 4,536,075 Ordinary Shares representing 2.82 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
