("EWG" or "the Group")

Award of options

Further to the announcement of 17 April 2014 and as disclosed in the Admission Document dated 16 April 2014, the Group (AIM: EWG, EWGL) announces thatfollowing the acquisition of all shares in European Wealth Management Group Limited ("European Wealth") ("the Acquisition"), new options over 1,031,448 ordinary shares in EWG ("New Options") have been issued to replace existing current European Wealth options. The New Options represent approximately 7.8% of the Group's issued share capital.

Prior to completion of the Acquisition, European Wealth had unexercised options over 52,855 shares at exercise prices ranging from £nil to £5.00 with a value at the acquisition price of approximately £1.135 million ("Market Value"). The number of New Options which have been issued have been calculated by dividing the Market Value by the closing mid price on 7 May 2014, being 110p.

The number of New Options granted to the EWMG Concert Party (as defined in the Admission Document dated 16 April 2014) is 885,430, resulting in a maximum holding in the group for the EWMG Concert Party of 8,110,508, representing 48.7% of the Group if no one else exercises options or unsecured convertible loan stock.
