Appointment of CEO

Permanent CEO Appointment

Kingswood Holdings Limited (AIM: KWG), the international, fully integrated wealth and investment management group, announces the appointment of Peter Coleman as its permanent Chief Executive Officer following his appointment in July 2024 as Interim CEO and the grant of regulatory approval. Peter will also join the board of Kingswood as a director. 

David Hudd, Chairman, commented: "I am delighted to confirm on behalf of the Kingswood board Peter's appointment as the permanent CEO of Kingswood. He came with strong credentials and has built positive momentum since joining the Group in July 2024."
