Clarification regarding Directors' holdings
European Wealth (AIM: EWG and EWGL) announces that the shareholding figure for Buzz West, non-executive director of the Group which was included in the admission document on 16 April 2014 was incorrectly stated. The correct figure was 254,083 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares").
Buzz's current holding, including the loan conversion as announced on 25 June 2014, is shown below:
