Exercise of share options and Total Voting Rights
KRM22 plc, (AIM: KRM.L) the technology and software investment company, with a particular focus on risk management in capital markets, announces that it has allotted a total of 30,625 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options by an employee.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 30,625 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 am on 22 April 2021.
After admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 26,749,752 and the total number of voting rights will therefore be 26,749,752. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
