KRM22 Acquires Subject Matter Experts in Enterprise Risk
- KRM22 Invests in three subject matter experts to build out its Enterprise Risk team -
- New recruits have a proven track record in developing risk software -
- Additions will enable KRM22 to develop its real-time Risk Cockpit -
KRM22 plc, (AIM: KRM) the technology and software investment company, with a particular focus on risk management in capital markets, today announces it is appointing three subject matter experts in order to build out its Enterprise Risk team.
The team is led by Enterprise Risk expert Andrew Smart and includes two software developers who already have the understanding of how to build software to manage multiple risk attributes. The team will help KRM22 to develop the real-time 'Risk cockpit' as part of KRM22's investment in its Global Risk Platform.
In parallel to the appointment, KRM22 is acquiring certain assets of an Enterprise Risk Management software business, including web-site materials and existing product code.
