The Company has been notified that on 30th September 2015 John Lillywhite, Chairman, purchased 66,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 210p each. Following this notification his reportable shareholding is 500,000 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.42 % of the issued share capital of the Company.
