Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Kromek Group plc ("Kromek" or the "Company") confirms the following:

As at 28 August 2015 Kromek's issued share capital consists of 152,186,082 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury and accordingly the total number of current voting rights in the Company is 152,186,082 Ordinary Shares.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
