Kellan has been advised that following a purchase on 12 August 2015, Mr and Mrs John Bowmer now hold 16,019,900 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 4.72 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
Kellan has also been advised that Mr Bernard Morel no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
