DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING
Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that it was informed today, 23 October 2019, that as part of her personal financial planning Mrs Clare Veritiero, spouse of Mr Claudio Veritiero, an executive director of the Company, sold in aggregate 16,783 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of £1.18 per share and purchased 16,783 Ordinary Shares at a price of £1.18 per share. The shares will be held in an ISA and the beneficial holding remains unchanged.
