25 May 2023: Kingfisher plc (the 'Company') today announces the following share transaction made by John Mewett, CEO Screwfix (a PDMR), which occurred on 24 May 2023.
John exercised options over ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each in the Company granted under the Kingfisher ShareSave Plan. John exercised a total of 5,660 options. All 5,660 shares were retained.
