Notification of Transactions by Director/Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR')
Kingfisher plc (the 'Company') today announces the following share transactions made by John Colley, Chief Trading Officer, (a PDMR), John Mewett, CEO Screwfix (a PDMR) and Sebastien Krysiak, CEO of All Other Markets (a PDMR).
John exercised options over ordinary shares of 15 5/7p in the Company granted under the Kingfisher Alignment Shares and Transformation Incentive Plan. John exercised a total of 17,613 options and sold 8,309 shares to cover the tax liability arising on the exercise of these options. The remaining 9,304 shares were then sold.
