Director Shareholding
Keystone Law Group plc (AIM:KEYS), the fast growing, UK Top 100, challenger law firm, announces that the Company has been informed that Root Capital Fund II Limited Partnership ("Root Capital") has sold 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company. Root Capital is classified as a Person Closely Associated with Simon Philips, a Non-Executive Director of the Company. The transaction completed on 29 November 2021 at a price of 800 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this sale of shares, Root Capital holds 12,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
