Update re. Bacanora Minerals
Rare Earth Minerals (AIM: REM) notes the publication of a Schedule One announcement by the London Stock Exchange in relation to a proposed admission to trading on AIM of Bacanora Minerals Limited ("Bacanora") (the "Schedule One"), the Company's joint venture partner and investee.
The Company also announces that its current interest in Bacanora, prior to its proposed AIM admission, is 7,742,000 ordinary shares, being 12.14% of the issued share capital of Bacanora, an increase of 0.29% from the previously reported 11.85% made through further on-market purchases totalling £108,600.
