K3 Business Technology Group plc 

("K3" or the "Company")

 Subscription Period for Warrants

K3 announces that the Subscription Period for Warrants issued pursuant to a Warrant Instrument dated 23 June 2005, entitling Johan Och Marianne Claesson AB, a Swedish company associated with non-executive director, Mr Johan Claesson, to subscribe for 400,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, at a price per share of 90 pence, has today been extended by a period of twelve months, to expire on 31 December 2010. All other terms of the Warrants remain unaltered.

The extension to the Subscription Period relates to loan repayment terms by CA Fastigheter AB, a company associated with Mr Claesson.  

Mr Claesson holds 5,521,982 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company, representing 21.63 per cent of K3's issued share capital.
