Directors' Shareholdings
Further to the exercise of options by Directors under the K3 Business Technology Group Executive Share Option Scheme 2000 (the "Scheme") as announced on 24 October 2012, the Company yesterday received notification that on the same day Nigel Andrew Makeham and David John Bolton sold such number of ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares") as needed to recover the exercise costs incurred and tax liabilities arising on the exercise of these share options.
As set out below, 65,000 Ordinary Shares in aggregate were sold at a sale price of 152 pence per Ordinary Share:
