K3, which provides and supports Enterprise Resource Planning software, hosting and managed services to the supply chain industry, announces that, following the announcement of its audited results for the year ended 30 June 2013 on 17 September, its full annual report and accounts for that period is now available on its website www.k3btg.com, in accordance with AIM Rule 20 and will be posted to shareholders on or soon after 21 October 2013.
