All purchases have been made pursuant to the Share Exchange Agreement between, amongst others, Oleg Novachuk, Vostok Cooper B.V., and Nova Resources B.V., dated 28 October 2020 (as amended from time to time), for the consideration as more fully described in the Share Exchange Agreement.
