In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company hereby notifies the market of the following:

As at 31st May 2025, the Company's issued share capital consists of 65,406,275 Ordinary 2.5 pence shares. The Company holds 6,152,545 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 31st May 2025, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in JPMorgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc is 59,253,730.
