As at 30th April 2026, the Company's issued share capital consists of 139,141,277 Ordinary 5 pence shares with voting rights.  The Company holds 14,809,991 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 30th April 2026, the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan UK Small Cap Growth & Income plc is 124,331,286.

The above figure (124,331,286) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
