Notification of Share Pledge by PDMR
In accordance with the requirements of Market Abuse Regulation Article 19, JTC announces it was notified on 19 August 2021 that Michael Halloran, Global Head of Technology Strategy and a PDMR, has entered into a personal loan agreement pursuant to which 100,000 shares beneficially owned by Mr. Halloran and his connected persons have been pledged under a security interest agreement he has entered into with SRT Capital SPC LLC. Mr. Halloran and his connected persons remain the beneficial owners of the shares, subject to the pledge, and retain full voting rights.
