Johnson Service Group PLC (the 'Company') announces that on 8 March 2022, Jock Lennox, Non-Executive Chairman, acquired 15,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 107.9 pence per share.
