Johnson Service Group PLC - Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules (DTR) we would like to notify the market of the following:

Johnson Service Group PLC's issued share capital consists of 363,676,945 Ordinary Shares of 10p each with voting rights.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Johnson Service Group PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
