Grant of Share Options / PDMR Dealing
Johnson Service Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following share transaction carried out by one of its Directors on 4 October 2017.
Yvonne Monaghan, Chief Financial Officer, has today been granted options under the Company's Sharesave Plan over 7,157 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") with an option price of 125.75 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Yvonne Monaghan retains a beneficial interest in 564,086 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.15% of the Company's total issued share capital as at today's date.
