Completion of Share Buyback Programme

Johnson Service Group PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has completed its share buyback programme that commenced on 20 September 2023 (the "Buyback Programme").

Between 20 September 2023 and 27 November 2023, 7,572,051 ordinary shares in the Company were repurchased on the London Stock Exchange for cancellation at an average price of 132.1 pence per share and a total cost, excluding expenses, of £10.0 million. This represented 1.8 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company when the Buyback Programme commenced.

Completion of the Buyback Programme brings the total cash returned to shareholders between 15 September 2022 and 27 November 2023 to £35.3 million under the two buyback programmes that were completed within the limits of the authority to repurchase the Company's ordinary shares in issue granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meetings held on 4 May 2022 and 4 May 2023.
