Jupiter Second Enhanced Inc.Tst.PLC15 June 2005 Jupiter Second Enhanced Income Trust PLC Jupiter Second Enhanced Income Trust PLC (the "Company") has today declared aSpecial Dividend in respect of the year ending 31st October 2005 of 0.45p (net)per Geared Income share. This dividend is payable on 22nd July 2005 to Geared Income shareholders (andholders of Geared Income shares within Packaged Units) shown on the register on24th June 2005. This Special Dividend brings the aggregate of dividends declared by the Companyin respect of the current financial year ending 31st October 2005 to 1.90 p(net). In its prospectus at launch in November 2004 the Company projected itstotal dividends for the current financial year at between 2.8p and 3.0p (net). The Special Dividend is being paid to existing Geared Income shareholders inadvance of the rollover of investors from Martin Currie Enhanced Income TrustPLC on 30th June 2005 (the "Rollover") which was announced on 26th May 2005.
