4 May 2023 - Singapore: Jadestone Energy plc (AIM:JSE) (the "Company"), an independent oil and gas production company focused on the Asia-Pacific region, announces that, on 3 May 2023, David Neuhauser, a Non-Executive Director of Jadestone, acquired a total of 100,000 ordinary shares, for a total amount of £50,000.
Following the transaction, Livermore Partners LLC holds a total of 31,493,094 ordinary shares, which represents 7.05% of the Company's issued share capital.
