AIM Rule 17 Disclosure Schedule Two (g) Update

Jersey Oil & Gas (AIM: JOG), an independent upstream oil and gas company ‎focused on the UK Continental Shelf region of the North Sea, has been notified of the following information by Frank Moxon, Non-Executive Director of Jersey Oil and Gas plc.

Frank Moxon was appointed as a non-executive director of Swala Energy Limited, an Australian registered and ASX listed company, on 23 June 2015. Swala Energy Limited entered into voluntary administration and appointed an administrator on 24 June 2016; the administration process remains ongoing.
