Passenger information systems £0.7m purchase order

Journeo plc (AIM: JNEO), the information systems and transport technical services group, is pleased to announce it has received a £0.7m purchase order for the supply and support of its advanced displays technology from a Northern Transport Partnership.

The award, made possible through the Transforming Cities Fund, will see over 100 double-sided TFT LCD displays deployed along key cross and inter-city transport corridors. The displays will be installed during the first six months of 2023 and will replace legacy signage in the area and also be deployed at new sites to provide reliable bus schedule and real time departure information and raise awareness of public transport with members of the public.

This purchase order was included in management's expectations of performance for the current financial year and adds to the Company's strong order book, providing future revenue visibility reflecting the Group's strengthening market position.
