Board changes

21st Century Technology plc (AIM: C21), the specialist provider of tailored solutions to the transport community, solving complex operational requirements both on and off vehicle announces the following Board changes.

Glenn Robinson, Chief Finance Officer (CFO) will be leaving the Company's Board and the role of CFO with immediate effect, having joined 21st Century on 13th October 2013. For personal reasons Glenn has sought a part-time role and will continue working within the Group in a new role supporting business & organisational development. This will also ensure a smooth and effective handover to his successor.

Nick Lowe has joined the Company as Chief Finance Officer with immediate effect. Nick is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with Board level experience within growing, technology-led, SME businesses. He has strong group reporting, process and control skills developed whilst at the prestige motor dealer, Sytner Group. Nick qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Tenon in Nottingham, before joining KPMG.

Mark Elliott, Chairman of 21st Century, commented:

"Glenn has made a significant contribution over the last 3 and a half years as CFO as we transitioned the business from stand-alone bus CCTV & IT systems installation, and through the acquisition of Region Services Limited, to a broader more technically-agile smart integration business. Glenn will continue to play an important role with us going forward; providing a seamless transition and continued access to his business & organisational development skills. We have now commenced the next stage in the Company's development from our new Head Offices opened in January this year in Ashby and I would like to extend a very warm welcome to Nick as he joins the senior team".
