When Mr Ward first took the appointment asExecutive Chairman in 2002 it was agreed that he would return to a non-executiverole at the appropriate time. The company has reported that the re-alignment of the business to be asignificant provider of CCTV services to the public transport sector is nowestablished. Subsequently, David Dent has been appointed as the new ManagingDirector of the CCTV Division, reporting to Group Chief Executive, Nick Grimond.
