ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2023

RESULT OF POLL AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Following the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was held today, the Board is pleased to announce that all of the Ordinary Business put to shareholders was voted on by poll and passed. In addition, the following items of special business was also voted on by poll and passed which:

i) will allow the Company to allot new shares up to an aggregate nominal amount of £2,850,845, representing 10% of the Company's issued share capital;

ii) will allow the disapplication of pre-emption rights on the allotment of new Ordinary shares and by way of a sale of Treasury shares;

iii) to allow the Company to make market purchases of up to 170,936,679 Ordinary shares representing 14.99% of the Company's issued share capital; and

iv) to allow a general meeting, other than an Annual General Meeting, to be called on not less than 14 clear days' notice.
