Transaction in own shares
Johnson Matthey Plc ("JM" or the "Company") announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 110 49/53 pence each from Citigroup Global Markets Limited ("Citi") on the London Stock Exchange as part of its buyback programme, commencement of which was announced on 3rd July 2024 (the "Programme"). These purchases are the last purchases to be made under the first tranche of the Programme of up to a maximum consideration of £125m.
