In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, JLEN advises that it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.

Christopher Legge was appointed as a non-executive director of Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) C Limited, a company with a listing on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 12 July 2017.
