Jarvis Securities plc04 May 2005 Jarvis Securities Plc ("the Company") Trading Statement Jarvis Securities Plc ("Jarvis Securities") announces that it has won a contractto provide settlement services to Falcon Securities (UK) Limited, a member firmof The London Stock Exchange. This brings contract wins this year to three. Trading is comfortably in line with market expectations and the Company willstart to benefit from these new contracts in the second half of the year. On the back of this progress, the Company announces its intention to pay aninterim dividend of 2.5p (total for 2004: 4p) on 1 June 2005 to the Company'sshareholders on the register on 13 May 2005. The Company's shares will thereforego ex-dividend on 11 May 2005. The Company has historically paid dividends inJune and December; from the end of this year it intends to pay dividendsfollowing publication of the interim and final results and consequently thetiming of payments will change.
