Jarvis Securities plc12 January 2006 Jarvis Securities plc ('the Company') Trading Update The following sentence was omitted from the Company's trading update. The Company is considering a final dividend payment for the year ended 31December 2005. The full text of the revised announcement is as follows: On 17 November 2005, the Company announced that it had won two contracts toprovide Model B equity settlement services including one with Daniel Stewart &Company plc ("Daniel Stewart"). Daniel Stewart has since notified the Companythat, following a review of its system requirements, it had decided to defer anydecision and to remain with its current equity settlement provider for the timebeing. The Company anticipates a full-year operating profit before exceptional items tobe approximately £650,000. The Company proposes a first interim dividend, for the year ending 31st December2006, of 1.5 pence per share payable on 17 February 2006 to all shareholders onrecord as at 20 January 2006. The Company is considering a final dividend payment for the year ended 31December 2005.
