Jarvis Securities plc21 March 2007 Jarvis Securities plc ("Jarvis" or "the Company") Contract wins and transactions in own shares The Company is pleased to announce that it has reached agreement with ParkCaledonia Associates Limited to provide outsourced trade capture, settlementand custody services. Park Caledonia was established in 1993 in Scotland and started its life as anIndependent Financial Advisor. Over the years the Company has remained closelylinked to its Scottish roots, running a financial advice service on behalf of the Scottish Football Association and sponsoring the Scottish Youth FA. Morerecently the Company has expanded from its base in Glasgow to the South ofEngland, culminating in the opening of a London office from which its dedicatedretail stock broking services division will operate. The Company has two further outsourcing contracts agreed with parties awaitingregulatory approval before they can commence trading. Further details will beissued in due course. As the above indicates, the Company continues to make good progress in thecommercial field alongside the retail activities and intends to issue a tradingupdate for the first quarter of 2007 in mid April. In addition, the company has purchased a total of 80,000 of its own Ordinaryshares at an average price of 130.64p into Treasury and has today applied forthese to be cancelled. The resulting issued share capital is 11,200,000. TheCompany will continue to purchase its own shares for Treasury when appropriate,and in accordance with the authority granted by its Members. The Company has also been advised that Sion Holdings Ltd. holds long CFDcontracts for 5,000 shares of Jarvis.
