Change in shareholdings
The Company announces that following the result of the Tender Offer, which was announced on 30 November 2011, the interests of certain parties in the ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") have changed as a result of their participations in the Tender Offer as follows:

All of the Shares were disposed of at the Tender Offer Price of 474.28 pence per Share.
Geoffrey Halstead, Mark Halstead and Anthony Wild are directors of the Company. Gayle Halstead, Helen Ralston, Mavis Warren and Lt Col Warren may be considered substantial shareholders in the Company, as defined in the AIM Rules. Colette Halstead and Susan Podesta-Oliver are members of certain directors' family, as defined in the AIM Rules.
