The Company was informed on 12 June 2019 that James Ullman, Audit Director of JD Wetherspoon plc, transferred a total of 1,000 of the Company's ordinary shares to his spouse Lisa Anne Cookson at a price of £13.91 pence per share on the London Stock Exchange (XLON).
