Date of purchase: 5th January 2017
Number of ordinary shares purchased: 47,500
The highest price paid was 886.0 pence per share and lowest price paid was 880.209 pence per share.
The purchase represented an average price of 883.52 pence per share.
The purchased shares will be cancelled. Following this purchase, the total number of voting rights in JD Wetherspoon plc is 110,844,335.
